The University is declared by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as Centers of Excellence for Civil Engineering and Environmental and Sanitary Engineering Programs. As a Center of Excellence, the University's academic programs B.S. Civil Engineering and B.S. Environmental and Sanitary Engineering are affirmed by CHED to have demonstrated high standards in the areas of classroom instruction, research, and extension service.
